Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "25ph11" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 25ph11 online gaming platform, accessible at 25ph11.net, and the entity operating it for the Philippine market.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the 25ph11 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile created by you on the 25ph11 platform, including the associated wallet balance, transaction history, and preferences.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as amended from time to time.
• "Funds" / "Balance" refers to real-money Philippine Peso (₱) amounts credited to your 25ph11 account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or other non-cash incentives credited to your account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total bet amount a player must place before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under applicable regulations.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any action or behaviour described in Section 8 of this Agreement.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 25ph11 platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion — you enter into a legally binding agreement with 25ph11 on the terms set out in this document.

This Agreement takes effect on the date you first access or register on the 25ph11 platform, whichever occurs earlier, and remains in force for the duration of your use of the platform, including after account closure for matters arising during active use.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age and Legal Eligibility

To register and maintain an active 25ph11 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated agent);
• Online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence and at your physical location at the time of play;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 25ph11 or its affiliated entities.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active 25ph11 account at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — constitute a material breach of this Agreement. 25ph11 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated transactions and winnings, and forfeit any balance held in those accounts.

3.3 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration, KYC verification, or at any subsequent point is true, accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including incorrect date of birth, name, or contact details — constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of balance.

3.4 KYC Verification

25ph11 may request identity documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Account functionality, including withdrawals, may be restricted pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Documents must be clear, unaltered, and current.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 25ph11 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

25ph11 will treat any action taken using your account credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 25ph11 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

25ph11 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from 25ph11 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

25ph11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 25ph11 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or third-party funded transactions.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Deposit and withdrawal limits are specified on the 25ph11 cashier page and may vary by payment method. These limits are subject to change at the platform's discretion with reasonable notice provided to affected players.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification being complete and no active withdrawal holds on the account. Standard processing times by method are published on the cashier page. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within ten minutes during normal operating hours. 25ph11 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times once a transaction has been submitted from our end.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 25ph11 applies transaction monitoring to all player accounts. Deposits may only be withdrawn via the same payment method used to make them, up to the deposited amount. Winnings above the deposited amount may be processed via any verified payment method on the account. 25ph11 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.

5.5 Refused or Reversed Transactions

25ph11 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit or withdrawal that is suspected to be fraudulent, associated with a chargeback, or in breach of this Agreement. In such cases, 25ph11 will attempt to return funds to the originating payment source where technically possible.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 25ph11 are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the general bonus terms set out in this section apply.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and KYC verification;
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal;
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance; real-money balance is used and exhausted before bonus funds in most game types unless otherwise specified;
• Bonuses have a defined expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited;
• 25ph11 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular play patterns — including but not limited to low-variance betting strategies intended solely to satisfy wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or collusion with other players — constitutes bonus abuse and a material breach of this Agreement. 25ph11 may void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and close the account of any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on the 25ph11 platform operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment streamed in real time. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action other than the bet placed.

Individual game rules are displayed within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between game interface rules and any other document, the game interface rules as displayed at the time of play shall prevail for that specific game session.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. 25ph11 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures on the player's end.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 25ph11 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity information;
• Operating more than one 25ph11 account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated cheating in multiplayer games;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that facilitates financial crime;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving gaming services;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 25ph11 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any 25ph11 system, server, or player account.

Responsible Gaming

25ph11 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment for all Filipino players. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before they can be increased.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 25ph11 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and data — is the intellectual property of 25ph11 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation from 25ph11.

Privacy & Data

25ph11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the 25ph11 Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, KYC documents, transaction history, game activity, and technical data such as IP address and device identifiers. This data is used for account management, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and service improvement purposes.

25ph11 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and fraud prevention services strictly to the extent necessary to operate the platform and meet legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 25ph11's total cumulative liability to any player arising from or related to this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

25ph11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from:

• Service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned downtime;
• Technical malfunctions, software errors, or connectivity issues outside 25ph11's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Changes to applicable law that affect your ability to use the platform;
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or network infrastructure failures.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by 25ph11's negligence or wilful misconduct.

Amendments to This Agreement

25ph11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 25ph11 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to 25ph11 customer support for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised with support, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for formal resolution.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine law.
